  • 1 pound (450 grams) bacon slices
  • 1/4 cup Coffee Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Coffee Syrup, and black pepper. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Lay the bacon slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
  4. Brush the maple syrup mixture evenly over each bacon slice, coating both sides.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the glaze is caramelized. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  6. Once done, remove the bacon from the oven and transfer it to a wire rack or paper towels to cool slightly and allow any excess grease to drain.
  7. Serve the Coffee glazed bacon while it's still warm and crispy. It makes a delicious addition to breakfast or can be used in sandwiches, salads, or as a topping for various dishes.

Enjoy your homemade Coffee glazed bacon!

Note: Cooking times may vary, so it's important to keep an eye on the bacon as it bakes to ensure it reaches your desired level of crispiness.
